Gunn Point Prison Farm, established in 1972 to alleviate overcrowding at Fannie Bay Gaol, operated until 1995 as a minimum-security facility. Located in Murrumujuk, NT, the site now features several remaining buildings, many of which have been vandalized. Access to these structures is restricted due to potential asbestos presence. The area is managed by the Northern Territory Department of Infrastructure Planning and Logistics, and visitors are advised to avoid the old prison site for safety reasons.
