Djilpin Arts, located at 2 Cameron Road in Beswick (Wugularr), NT 0852, is an Aboriginal-owned not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting traditional and contemporary Indigenous visual and performing arts. Established in 2002, it operates from the Ghunmarn Culture Centre, the heart of the Beswick community. The centre houses the Blanasi Collection, a permanent showcase of culturally significant artworks in the West Arnhem painting style, curated by the late Elder and didjeridu master, David Blanasi. Visitors can explore this collection through guided tours or self-guided interactive virtual tours. The centre also features a retail gallery offering a range of local art, including traditional pandanus weaving, fine prints, hand-cut didjeridus, carvings, jewellery, and contemporary textiles. Djilpin Arts provides unique cultural experiences, workshops, and tours, allowing visitors to engage with local artists and immerse themselves in the rich culture and storytelling of the region. Operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm.
