Biamanga Cultural Area, nestled within Biamanga National Park, offers a serene picnic spot surrounded by lush forests and the soothing sounds of Mumbulla Creek. A 225-meter boardwalk, accessible for all, leads to a lookout overlooking Mumbulla Falls and a dramatic gorge. The area is rich in Aboriginal heritage, with interpretive signs and an information shelter sharing the story of its ancient shield volcano origins. Visitors can enjoy birdwatching, with azure kingfishers and blue wrens frequently spotted, and observe eastern water dragons basking on rocks. The picnic area features free gas barbecues, non-flush toilets, and shaded areas, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and family gatherings. Please note, swimming in Mumbulla Falls is discouraged out of respect for its sacred significance to the Yuin People.
