The team performed at my 50th and provided a professional, entertaining service suited for the venue and crowd. They were able to change the act from a soloist at the beginning to a more vibrant band later in the night. Also good value. Highly recommended.

Julian was very easy to work with, super friendly, used high-quality equipment, very flexible and open to any directions and suggestions, he managed the MC role very well. He did amazing fade in and out the song when the bridesmaids and me walk down at the ceremony, it was a bit if rain and he managed the situation very well so when the rain stop we can start our ceremony straight away ,we both were singing our first dance the wireless microphone were sound amazing and at after party with lots of fun music I would strongly recommend him for DJ and MC at anyway Wedding. This has been something I have tried to avoid for almost a year now, however, given the despicable attitude and lack of accountability we have had to deal with from DJ Julian privately, we are left with no option. I am the bride of the wedding that DJ Julian was working at, we had paid for both the DJ & MC service. As a DJ, sure, he is average. But as an MC and a professional? Not so much. Leading up to the wedding, I had spoken with him and introduced myself, to which I had PRONOUNCED the correct way you say my name. So he knew that the way you said my name was the same as “Taylah”. As well as having to instigate a meeting with him where we discussed the process of the night (otherwise I wouldn’t have heard from him), I had also spent the time putting together a run sheet which was VERY thorough. Without rambling on, please see why we suggest you DO NOT go with DJ Julian for your wedding. Our experience: 1. DJ Julian got the pronunciation of my name incorrect, twice. Given that I am the bride, getting the pronunciation of my name wrong was incredibly embarrassing. Especially given that my brother in law had corrected him the first time. Not only that, when we had our phone consultation, I had told DJ Julian my name, so it was his due diligence to remember. When you think it can’t get worse, one of the times he got my name wrong was UPON entering as we were being announced husband and wife. His response: 1. My name isn’t a “commonly” spelled name. No excuse, when you’re being PAID to MC at a wedding, practice the names or ask to have another meeting with us if you couldn’t remember? Our experience: 2. I had paid for an MC service, of which he barely provided. I had taken the time to do a thorough runsheet for him, with all times needed of when things were to take place. However, my mum was still running around keeping track of timings to make sure he was on track with his announcements. As he wasn’t on time. His response: 2. “I usually have an event co-ordinator”. Our experience: 3. He had gotten the names and roles of the groomsmen mixed up, which everyone had noticed. To which he did not respond to that 4. He played BARELY any of the songs we had put on our playlist (granted, he is a DJ, but try to play atleast more than 4 songs we’d wanted in total), however, when someone requested a song, his response was “I have a playlist that I have to go by” Now, all we wanted was to ATLEAST be offered some sort of remuneration for the MC component, due to paying for a service we did not receive, or was of low quality, however, all we received instead was an irresponsible, aggressive and ingenuous response. We no longer care for being refunded, we just genuinely don’t want other people to be disappointed like we were.

Julian was great - he played the songs for our ceremony, first dance, cutting of the cake the rest we left up to him- his playlist got everyone up dancing which is what we wanted it was fantastic. It was perfect and would highly recommend him - he is professional but very friendly and easy to work with

Dreadful. Julian is the worst DJ in Sydney. Didn’t even say the brides name right. Pitiful Julian!
