My name is Mark Balas. I’m an Australian singer/songwriter. I’ve been into music ever since I could remember. I started writing songs when I was very young. When I was 12, I started getting into musical theatre, and ended up playing on big stages in Melbourne, one being from the Disney production of Mary Poppins and played the role Michael Banks. I later enjoyed music and started writing more music. I busked on the streets of Melbourne for a few years, and noticed by a famous Chinese singer “Jay Chou” who kindly invited me to perform at his concert in Melbourne in 2024. I currently produce my own music and write my own content as well.
