Tammi Miller is certified practising counsellor, author and communications professional working to destigmatise mental health conditions through her written work, speaking and mental health therapy. Her book, 'Paperback Therapy: Therapist-approved tools and advice for mastering your mental health', has been published in five international markets, while locally she has been featured on the TODAY show, Osher Gunsberg’s Better Than Yesterday podcast, Body+Soul, Women’s Agenda, Refinery29, and in Australian Women’s Weekly, The West Australian and Who magazine. She regularly presents and MCs corporate events, calling on her decades in the communications industry and lived experience to deliver presentations on mental wellbeing and work-life balance for all ages. Tammi is passionate about improving mental health literacy within all communities, believing that the more we know, the better we can control our mental health outcomes - personally and professionally.
