Her experiences as both a minority and a leader in various professional settings have illuminated the pervasive inequalities and systemic barriers that often hinder progress towards diversity, equity, and inclusion. Drawing upon her expertise in public speaking, diversity training, and change facilitation, she embarked on a mission to create more inclusive spaces where every individual’s unique talent and perspective are celebrated and valued.
