Hi, I’m Lizzie Williamson – also known (thanks to the US media!) as the excuse-buster from Down Under. I’m the author of The Active Workday Advantage, the founder of Two Minute Moves, a TEDx speaker, keynote speaker, an ex-professional dancer and a certified personal trainer who believes that even two minutes can change everything. You might’ve seen me popping up on morning TV or featured in places like Good Morning America, Sunrise, Studio 10, Today Show, Women’s Health, and Prevention Magazine. But behind the headlines is a story that started in a very real, raw place...my experience with perinatal depression. During that time, I could barely face the day, let alone a workout. So I started with just two minutes. Two minutes to move, breathe, reset. And those tiny steps turned into a method that now helps workforces all over the world navigate stress, overwhelm, and the chaos of life and work. Now, I get to travel the globe inspiring teams to break free from burnout, boost their energy, and bring more wellbeing, mental clarity, and joy into their workdays. My keynotes are interactive (yes, we move!), fun, practical, and packed with real-world tools for real-life challenges – whether your people are grappling with mental health, navigating uncertainty, or just need a spark to reignite their motivation and momentum. I’ve had the honour of energising audiences at conferences that featured the likes of President Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, Arianna Huffington, and the Dalai Lama (no pressure, right?!). And what I’ve learned along the way is this: you don’t need a wellness overhaul – just a moment. A move. A mindset shift.
