Jaemin Frazer - The Insecurity Project

First up, a huge thank you to Jaemin for a truly life-changing experience. I did Jaemin's 6-month Unhindered program this year after a podcast interview with him that had me emotionally crying for weeks after - without really knowing why! Upon reflection, however, I knew there were dysfunctional patterns in my thoughts & behaviour that were holding me back from reaching what I really desired in my business, finances, relationships, health, spirituality, and happiness. When I started working with Jaemin, I discovered some very hidden and ingrained insecurities that I'd been holding onto since a kid, that was literally impacting every area of my life. With Jaemin's expert coaching, and ability to pull me out of hiding, I was able to rewrite the machine (my beliefs about myself) which was driving dysfunctional behaviour, with courage and kindness. So many times I said to Jaemin: "this is so hard, this feels too scary!" But every time I leaned into the process and listened to my 'inner self', beautiful and magical things happened. I didn't believe that I could "solve my insecurity" in 6-months, when I signed up to Unhindered, but here I am, living proof! My business and finances have seen dramatic improvements, including making an extra $8-$10k a month (without even trying - which means so much more growth to come in 2023 and beyond!). I no longer need to 'prove' I'm enough, and can show up wholeheartedly to serve our clients in our health practice in a way that deeply gets to the root cause of health issues. I have seen dramatic improvements in my relationships, especially with my husband (who was the most "annoying" person in the world, haha - he hasn't changed, I have!). I have experienced gut healing, after all my usual 'physical' protocols failed. And I am feeling far more deeply and spiritually connected to myself, to others around me, to the earth, and to God. Thank you Jaemin - I received waaaay more than expected by being brave and following the process to solve my insecurity :)

Jaemin is like a skilful surgeon. His questions cut through all the surface tissue and get to the heart of the matter. What may have taken year's to process alone, I moved through in 8 weeks. If you are ready to do the work, Jaemin is the guy you want coaching you through the journey. I highly recommend him.

The conversations I had with Jaemin were like magic. I was 100% ready to start this journey as there were insecurities popping up abd beginning at affect me in almost everything I was doing. I learned a lot about myself and my blueprint / made sense of why I did the things I did or acted the way I was acting. It’s like a lightbulb has been switched on for me and I’m now highly aware of my behaviour and also of others. Couldn’t recommend Jaemin enough - 10/10!

If you're looking for a professional to guide you through a proven process to better understand yourself then I recommend giving Jaemin a go. He's easy to talk to and the journey is an introspective one along with interesting life metaphors that makes you think. Its definitely worth a try.
