Jaemin Frazer - The Insecurity Project

Working with Jaemin has been the most delightful journey back to myself. For more years than I can count, I have known that I was getting in my own way and living in ways that don't serve me and aren't kind to myself. I've tried everything from traditional therapy to just toughing it out, but there was always part of the truth missing and change never stuck. The clean space Jaemin holds and the process he follows, although it can be both confronting and frustrating at times, just works. The insecurity problem really can be solved, and the space on the other side of it is a wonderful place to live. Thank you Jaemin.

I have recently completed the 6 session life coaching with Jaemin and WOW, I was not disappointed. I had previously listened to all of his podcasts and read his book Unhindered and felt I had a pretty good idea of what was to come but the value of the 5th practice to overcoming insecurity, get help from someone who doesn't care for you, was highlighted. If you think Jaemin will wave a magic wand and fix you with no effort on your part, you will be mistaken. But if you come into this wholeheartedly, you're in safe hands. He skilfully lead me through the process, dropping revelation after revelation on me. He moved me from abstraction to precision, from doubt to clarity. By the end of the process, Jaemin didn't just give me a fish, he taught me how to fish, metaphorically speaking, and for that I will be eternally grateful.

It is now around 3 months since completing the Unhindered Experience with Jaemin and nearly 12 months since I first read his book. I have gained far more than I ever expected and there is hardly a part of my life that has not been positively impacted. The process is intelligent, considered, challenging, insightful, supportive & powerful. Most of all it gets results. I found the structure, pace and rhythm of the coaching perfect. It helped me identify and zero in on root causes and provide a space and structure to safely explore origins. It enabled me to reflect on the meaning I created, the stories I believed and plot a course toward where I want to go. Most of all it mended a relationship I walked away from a very long time ago…..the one with myself. Alongside this process (and since) I have faced some significant life challenges that have truly tested me. From the death of loved ones, to work demands, personal injury, and natural disasters. It has been a baptism of fire (sometimes literally). In many of these moments I have had to navigate and lead like never before. It has been great to be at my best when it mattered most and just as importantly have the resilience to be ready for the next round. Thanks for all your coaching and insight Jaemin – it has been a game changer.

I had a wonderful healing experience with Jaemin while doing his 6 session coaching package. I was tired of reacting to certain circumstances in certain way that always put me last.
