Emma Nedov

I am an Olympic gymnast, entrepreneur, and performance coach with a passion for helping people realize their potential. As a long-time Australian National Team member and proudly nicknamed the “Beam Queen,” I experienced both the triumphs of international success and the setbacks of narrowly missing Olympic qualification, serious injuries, and personal challenges. Through resilience and surrounding myself with the right team, I made a remarkable comeback after three and a half years of retirement to qualify for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. I am now a successful entrepreneur with both an athlete agency and a sports brand, building pathways that support the next generation of performers. For years I have coached individuals in wellbeing and performance, guiding them to strengthen both body and mind. What drives me most is helping people discover the power of self trust to build confidence, overcome obstacles, and create lasting transformation in their lives. I also bring this passion to my speaking, where I have shared my story and strategies with corporate teams, schools, and sporting clubs across Australia.
