I'm best known as a LIFEGUARD from Bondi Rescue and continue to do Lifeguard work and share stories of teamwork and teambuilding stories and stress management stories. I now work mainly in health and wellness. I'm very passionate about educating people about stress as I believe this will save lives not only in the ocean. I teach Breathwork call Therapy and enjoy getting out meeting people and sharing stories usually in a fun and light-hearted way. This is really supportive for physical or mental health.
