Red Plateau Organic Produce, located in Mooral Creek, NSW, is a family-run farm specializing in certified organic avocados, citrus fruits, and macadamia nuts. Established by Sandra Fishwick, a pioneer in organic farming since the 1980s, the farm spans 625 hectares of fertile red volcanic soil. The property is surrounded by diverse national parks, enhancing its ecological richness. In 2019, the farm faced challenges due to a firestorm but has since been restored, with new avocado plantings underway. The farm is now in its 11th year of development, with 2,250 avocado trees planted, expected to be in full production within the next 1-2 years. A third farm has been purchased in the same Comboyne Plateau area and is now fully certified organic, with 250 avocado trees planted. The farm is now in the first stages of succession inheritance farming with Sandra's two sons, Carl and Joey.
