Founded by Tanita, a wife and mother of two, the business reflects her passion for flax floristry and her commitment to community connection. Tanita's journey includes studying under Heather from Flax and Fibre and completing Level 1 Floristry with Kirsty and Naomi at Forget Me Knot Studios in Lakes Entrance. Mentorship from Whaea Tania of Tania’s Flax Mahi has further honed her weaving skills. The studio operates with the support of Tanita's family and friends, who assist in various aspects, from harvesting flax to packing orders. Marama Flax Creations offers workshops where participants can create everlasting flax flower arrangements, providing a peaceful and creative escape.
