Epping Forest National Park

Epping Forest National Park, located near Elgin in Queensland, Australia, is a scientific reserve dedicated to preserving the endangered northern hairy-nosed wombat. Established in 1971, the park spans approximately 31.6 square kilometers of eucalypt woodlands and sandy soils, providing a critical habitat for this unique species.
