Currency Creek Arboretum

Currency Creek Arboretum, located near Currency Creek, South Australia, is a privately owned research center dedicated to the study of eucalypts. Established in 1992 by Dr. Dean Nicolle, it boasts the world's largest collection of eucalypt species, with over 950 species and subspecies, totaling more than 10,000 individual trees across 32 hectares. The arboretum is open to the public during scheduled open days, offering guided tours led by Dr. Nicolle, providing insights into the diverse eucalypt species and their ecological significance.
