Black Mountain Nursery, established in 1985, is a family-owned business located at 3220 New England Hwy, Black Mountain, NSW 2365. Situated at an elevation of 1,350 meters, it is one of Australia's highest nurseries, specializing in cool climate plants. The nursery offers over 3,000 species, including seedlings, shrubs, fruit trees, roses, conifers, and native plants, as well as advanced trees and bare root stock in winter. Visitors can explore five acres of nursery and gardens, with friendly staff available to assist with plant selection. Open Tuesday to Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm, with winter hours from June to August being 9 am to 4 pm. Closed during Christmas and Easter breaks.
