The park's design includes a central 'island' surrounded by three smaller circular 'islands', with a mosaic floor inspired by Noongar culture. The water feature operates in cycles, creating a dynamic environment for visitors. Surrounding timber decking provides informal seating, and shaded areas offer respite. Adjacent to the park, the Elizabeth Quay Playground offers additional family-friendly activities. The area is accessible via public transport, with the Elizabeth Quay train station nearby.
