Eazy cleaning services

Stay away from Eazy Cleaning (Arpit). Unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. They were hired for an end-of-lease clean at my property on Natal Road, Tarneit, with a “bond-back guarantee.” The property was not cleaned properly, and the real estate agency identified multiple genuine cleaning issues. I contacted them repeatedly asking them to return and fix the issues. They kept delaying and failed to act. When I requested cleaning photos, their response was that they “forgot.” After multiple follow-ups, they finally shared photos which did not match the actual condition of the house. The agent later provided their own photos clearly showing the property was still unclean. When this was raised with Arpit (the person behind Eazy Cleaning), he claimed the property had been cleaned again but refused to share evidence. Only after insisting did he send photos, which still showed no improvement. Some images appeared to be from a different property, and others looked staged or AI-generated. On Friday, 9 January 2026, his response to the situation was simply: “Do whatever you want.” This behaviour is completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a business claiming guaranteed results. I am now in the process of lodging a complaint with Consumer Affairs. I strongly recommend staying away from this company.
