Wymah Organic Olives and Lamb is nestled in the picturesque Wymah Valley, overlooking the Murray River as it enters Lake Hume. The farm cultivates 3,000 olive trees and raises a flock of wool-shedding Wiltipol sheep. Their award-winning products include naturally fermented certified organic Kalamata table olives, tapenades, extra virgin olive oil, and infused oils. In 2020, their Kalamata olives earned top honors at the International Olive Awards, being named Best Table Olives in Australia and the Southern Hemisphere. The farm also supplies premium lamb to local markets, cafes, and restaurants.
