They offer a diverse menu of over 60 nutritious, pre-prepared meals, accommodating various dietary needs such as vegetarian, gluten-free, low carbohydrate, and low sodium diets. Modified meals, including chopped, pureed, or minced options, are also available. Meals can be delivered frozen or hot, ready to eat, to homes, businesses, retirement villages, or care facilities. Operating Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, they are a subsidized program funded by the Department of Health under the Commonwealth Home Support Program. To be eligible for the subsidy, individuals must be registered with My Aged Care and have a 'meal referral code'.
