Established in 1851 by the Jesuits, Sevenhill Cellars is the Clare Valley's first winery and one of Australia's oldest. The historic site features a stone winery, cellar door, St Aloysius' Church, and expansive gardens. Visitors can enjoy wine tastings, explore the underground cellar, and stroll through vineyards among the region's oldest. The cellar door offers a diverse range of estate-grown wines, including Riesling, Shiraz, and Merlot. Open daily from 10 am to 5 pm, the grounds provide an ideal picnic spot for families.
