The restaurant features a fully electric kitchen, with a charcoal grill used across a third of the menu. The wine list includes around 100 Australian and Middle Eastern bottles. The design incorporates traditional Middle Eastern textures with terrazzo floors and patinaed walls, creating a welcoming ambiance. Rumi also offers event spaces for private functions, weddings, and corporate events.
