Pumphreys Old Bridge, located at 503 Pumphreys Rd, Pumphreys Bridge WA 6308, is a historic timber bridge constructed in 1905 to accommodate the growing number of settlers in the area. The bridge features traditional road bridge construction with sets of three poles buried into the ground, connected at the top with transitional beams, supporting secondary timber beams and planks. Each set of poles is diagonally braced, and the bridge is finished on both sides with a timber balustrade with a painted top rail and intermediate rail. The bridge has historic value as a reminder of the continuing development of the area around the turn-of-the-century when the increasing number of settlers meant that a more suitable bridge needed to be built.
