Murra Warra Wind Farm Office

Murra Warra Wind Farm, located 25 km north of Horsham in Victoria's Wimmera region, is one of Australia's largest wind farms. The facility comprises 99 turbines across two stages, with a combined capacity of 434 MW. Stage 1, operational since August 2020, features 61 turbines generating 226 MW, enough to power over 200,000 homes and prevent approximately 765,000 tonnes of carbon emissions annually. Stage 2, completed in mid-2022, adds 38 turbines with a capacity of 209 MW, supplying power to Snowy Hydro under a power purchase agreement. The wind farm's operations and maintenance building, along with other facilities, are situated on Ailsa Wheat Road, Murra Warra VIC 3393.
