A pop-up bar only requires a minimum spend of $1500 over the bar for the whole thing to be free of charge. If this minimum spend isn't reached, then the client makes up the difference. The pop-up bar can be used with a bar tab paid at the start or with drinks purchased at normal bar prices (or a combination of both). The $1500 covers 2 bartenders, mobile bar, glassware and equipment. If you require more staff the minimum spend is increase by $300 for each staff member.
