Litchfield National Park

Litchfield National Park, located approximately 100 km southwest of Darwin, offers a diverse range of natural attractions, including stunning waterfalls, monsoon rainforests, and unique rock formations. Visitors can explore iconic sites such as Wangi Falls, Florence Falls, and Buley Rockhole, each providing opportunities for swimming and relaxation. The park also features the magnetic termite mounds, which are aligned north–south to regulate temperature. Camping facilities are available at various locations within the park, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the serene natural environment. Litchfield National Park is managed by the Parks and Wildlife Commission of the Northern Territory.
