Koinonia

Koinonia, located at 29-41 Terrace Street in Evans Head, NSW, offers a unique beachfront setting ideal for school camps, group events, conferences, and community getaways. Nestled between Air Force Beach and Bundjalung National Park, the camp provides direct beach access and is just a two-minute drive from downtown Evans Head. Accommodations include ensuited and non-ensuited cabins, as well as camping sites suitable for tents, camper trailers, caravans, and motorhomes. The camp boasts a variety of activities such as rock climbing, flying fox, vertical challenge, F1-11 exhibition, swinging in the chapel, beach games, Laser Skirmish, raft building, Rock it, canoeing, beach swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, and surfing. Facilities include two halls for dining and meetings, a memorial chapel, a camp kitchen, and a well-equipped laundry. Catering services are available, accommodating all dietary needs from breakfast through supper. The camp's location also offers access to a scenic cycleway that follows the oceanfront, extending to Boat Harbour and beyond to Shark Bay on the south side of the Evans River.
