From their stylish grazing cart, guests select their favourite charcuterie items, and they craft a delicious and individualised mini grazing board/boat/cone for one in front of their eyes. They have also opened Perth's first Grazing Shop, situated in Cockburn Central, where they have created a permanent Build your own cheese box bar.
