Goodness Enterprises Food Co-Op

Goodness Enterprises Food Co-Op, located at Tivoli Drive-In, 50 Coal Rd, Chuwar QLD 4306, is a community-focused initiative dedicated to alleviating food insecurity and fostering local employment. By rescuing over 14 tonnes of food weekly from supermarkets and partners like FoodBank Queensland, they prepare and distribute more than 100,000 pre-cooked meals annually to vulnerable households. Their Community Food Co-Op offers affordable groceries, including free fruits, vegetables, bread, and dairy products, serving over 3,500 individuals each week. Additionally, they provide employment and work skills training to up to 72 long-term unemployed individuals annually through various traineeships.
