Delamere Vineyards, nestled in Tasmania's Pipers Brook region, is a family-owned winery dedicated to producing exceptional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Established in 1982, the vineyard spans 12 hectares of rich ironstone soils, ideal for these cool-climate varieties. Winemakers Shane Holloway and Fran Austin oversee every aspect of production, from hand-picking to bottling, ensuring each wine reflects the unique terroir. Visitors can enjoy tastings of their award-winning sparkling wines, Chardonnays, and Pinot Noirs at the welcoming cellar door, open Thursday to Monday. The picturesque grounds also offer a relaxed setting for picnics, with seasonal produce available for purchase.
