Dandelion Vineyards, established by Elena and Zar Brooks in 2017, offers a unique fusion of vineyards and vignerons across McLaren Vale, Barossa, Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu, and Eden Valley. Their wines represent decades of experience, blending the fruit of heirloom vineyards with the finest traditions of artisan winemaking. The Wonder Room, located atop Firehawk Farm, provides a premium wine-tasting experience with panoramic 180-degree views of the lush vineyards, the rolling slopes of McLaren Vale, the Gulf St Vincent, and the Willunga Escarpment. Visitors can enjoy tutored tastings in this architecturally acclaimed space, recognized with the 2025 Best of Wine Tourism Award for Architecture and Landscape. Open daily from 11 am to 5 pm, the Wonder Room offers a comfortable setting to relax and appreciate the vineyard's beauty.
