Since founding Citrus Catering in 2006, he has built a reputation on the South Coast of NSW for producing fine food and delivering excellent service. The team provides a fully trained food and beverage service, ensuring all meals are prepared in a certified commercial kitchen complying with all food hygiene standards. They cater for various events, from intimate dinner parties to elegant formal weddings and large corporate events, offering packages to suit different budgets, event styles, menu choices, and locations.
