
Hey there! I’m Matt — a 25-year-old career chef based in Sydney. Before diving into catering, I worked in some of the city’s top fine dining spots, including two years at Quay Restaurant. Along the way, I was lucky enough to win the Brett Graham scholarship, which was meant to take me to London’s Ledbury—until COVID had other plans. That’s when I shifted gears and started catering. Since then, I’ve cooked for everything from backyard BBQs to lavish boat parties, prepared premium degustations, and even catered for international celebrities. What began as a one-man show four years ago has grown into a passionate team of seven, all committed to making your event unforgettable.
