Their paddock-to-plate process involves sourcing locally bred and fed livestock from the North Burnett region, processing them at their privately owned facility, and supplying the products to select butchers, IGA’s, and Fresh & Save outlets across Queensland. BigMeats operates Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and is closed on weekends.
