Baked Culture, established in 2020, is a beloved Wauchope patisserie renowned for its hand-rolled croissants, artisan sourdough, and freshly brewed coffee. Committed to quality, they use locally sourced, chemical-free ingredients, including flour from Wholegrain Milling Co. and fresh produce from Kenny Little’s Fruit & Veg. Their daily offerings feature a variety of pastries, savory pies, and seasonal treats. The warm, inviting atmosphere includes indoor and outdoor seating, with pet-friendly outdoor areas. Baked Culture also showcases local artists' works and supplies over 22 cafes and restaurants across the Mid North Coast.
