I had a very disappointing experience with this event decorator. Unfortunately, several key items that were promised were either missing or left incomplete on the day of the event. The stand wasn’t covered, the curtain fairy lights were never brought, and the corners of the backdrop weren’t properly covered with flowers, leaving the entire setup looking unfinished. As a result, many of our event photos have visible gaps and exposed stands, which really affected the overall look of our special day. What was most frustrating was that on the day of the event, every concern we raised was simply dismissed instead of being resolved. We were left with no choice but to accept an incomplete setup just hours before our function. I wouldn’t recommend this decorator based on my experience. Reliability and attention to detail are essential for events, and unfortunately, this service fell well short of expectations.
