The shop provides quality skis, snowboards, boots, snowshoes, waterproof snow clothing, and toboggans for hire. Snow accessories such as hats, gloves, goggles, outerwear, snow boots, helmets, and thermals are also available for purchase. Quality snow chains are offered for hire, with on-mountain backup service. All rental gear is interchangeable at any of Hoys' other ski shops in Dinner Plain, Hotham, and Harrietville. The shop operates from Friday to Monday, 8 am to 6 pm, and daily during Victorian school holidays.
