The Fitzroy Pavilion at Exhibition Park in Canberra (EPIC) is a versatile venue ideal for exhibitions, conferences, and large-scale events. Spanning 1,752 square meters with dimensions of 60m x 29.2m, it offers a clear span ceiling height ranging from 5m to 8.5m. The pavilion features concrete flooring with a carpet overlay, accommodating up to 10 tonnes, and is equipped with gas heating and evaporative cooling systems. Lighting is provided by high bay LED fixtures, and amenities include a PA system, licensed kiosk, toilets, change rooms, and showers. Access is facilitated by two roller doors measuring 3.9m in width and height. The venue's capacity varies by event type: theatre (1,575), cocktails (1,752), banquet (1,000), and classroom (875). A refurbishment is underway to enhance catering facilities and amenities, aiming to better host large-scale community and multicultural events.
