Founded by husband-and-wife duo Felix Goodwin and Elena Nguyen, this petite establishment offers a daily rotating selection of sourdough, miche, small buns, and breads. Renowned for their canelés, baked using beeswax and copper moulds in the traditional French style, Kudo also infuses Asian influences into their offerings, featuring flavors like matcha, spiced coffee, and black sesame. The bakery provides a cozy space to enjoy their creations alongside expertly brewed Ona coffee.
