Fry's Bakery, a family-run establishment in Victoria's Vic West neighborhood, specializes in wood-fired sourdough bread, pastries, and pizzas. Utilizing organic, freshly stone-milled flours and locally sourced ingredients, they offer long-fermentation sourdough products. Every Sunday, the bakery transforms into a pizza shop, featuring a new menu crafted from local Vancouver Island farmers' produce. Their naturally leavened crust, made from freshly milled durum and spelt, is baked in a wood-fired oven, creating a truly satisfying pie. Limited bread, doughnuts, and pastries are available at 9 am, with pizza starting at noon until sold out.
