Crisna Beauty Services - Ararat

When arriving at my appointment I was very confused as they were in a garage but I went in and they seemed very lovely. As my appointment starts Crisna is doing a brow lamination on me and mid way I feel my eyebrows burning and itching, my left one especially was very sore. 1hr and 15 minutes later she shows me. I was shocked to see that she has burnt my brow and it was scabbing. She didn’t bother to say anything she seemed as if she was hoping I wouldn’t notice As it being Christmas I didn’t make a fuss because I felt bad and thought it would go down by the end of the day. She proceeds to do a simple full set of volume lashes which anybody would know that gets them done regularly it should only take upto about an hour…. Well. 5 and a half hours later she was done, when finishing up she poked me in the eye and I mean really poked me yet continuous to touch them and irritate my eyes more. Now I have been getting lash extensions for 10 years and NEVER have my eyes burned as bad as they did here, my right eye swole up and was bright red. I STILL didn’t make a fuss We then move on to the ‘pedicure’ I had booked. All it was was her cutting my toenails then painting them! I was like what is actually going on this is fu**ed up! She finally finished because at this point I had been there from 11-4 which is an absolute joke! Days go by and the most disgusting scabby sore and what looks like pimples but is pussy numbs have formed where my eyebrows were treated. I kindly reach out requesting a refund because as everybody with more than 1 brain cell knows that in Australia it is the LAW that if you are not happy with your beauty services you are ENTITLED and have the ABSOLUTE RIGHT to get your money back. After I had sent the message I was completely disregarded and blocked. I then move on to message on messenger and the same thing BLOCKWD. I CAN NOT EMPHASISE THIS ENOUGH PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! These people have no idea what they’re doing and have no respect for their clients and are just genuinely not people you would want to waste your money or your time here whatsoever!!! Very unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour.
