Yulli's Brews, located at 75A Burrows Road in Alexandria, offers a vibrant vegan taproom and restaurant experience. The industrial-chic space features a ground-floor bar with large tables and bar-style stools, and a mezzanine level with repurposed tables and chairs, ideal for sit-down meals overlooking the brewery. The menu showcases a fusion of Vietnamese, Korean, and Greek influences, with dishes like handmade dumplings, gyros on house-made flatbread, and a variety of sides and desserts. The brewery offers a core range of beers, including the flagship Norman Australian Ale, as well as special batch brews aged in bourbon and pinot noir barrels. The fully stocked bar features vegan wines from NSW and local spirits, such as gin from nearby Archie Rose. The venue hosts live music and comedy nights, creating a lively atmosphere for guests.
