
The Yuelarbah walking track, nestled within Glenrock State Conservation Area near Newcastle, offers a captivating 6.8 km return journey through diverse landscapes. Starting with a wheelchair-accessible boardwalk, the trail meanders along Flaggy Creek, traverses wet gullies, and winds through coastal rainforest. Along the way, hikers can enjoy two picturesque waterfalls and reach Leichhardt’s lookout, which provides panoramic views over Glenrock Lagoon. The track concludes at Glenrock Beach, where visitors can relax and picnic. This Grade 3 trail is suitable for most ages and fitness levels, with an estimated completion time of 2 to 3 hours. Please note that dogs and other pets are not permitted in this park.
