Located at 82-94 Comur Street in Yass, New South Wales, the Yass Soldiers Memorial Hall is a two-storey brick building with four stone pillars and facings. Designed by Vernon and Hill of Sydney, it was constructed by Walter Macintosh of Yass and funded through public subscription. The foundation stone was laid on 24 May 1922 by Governor General Lord Forster, and the hall was officially opened on 5 March 1923 by Brigadier General H. E. 'Pompey' Elliott. Inside, the foyer displays multiple honour rolls and plaques commemorating Australian military service.
