Situated on the Yarrawonga shore of Lake Mulwala, Yarrawonga Yacht Club (YYC) is a family-friendly club offering a variety of water activities, including sailing, radio-controlled sailing, and paddling sports such as dragon boating, outrigger canoes, kayaks, and paddleboarding. The club accommodates catamarans, monohull dinghies, and trailable yachts, featuring a concrete launch ramp and sheltered mooring facilities near the clubhouse. YYC provides comprehensive Learn to Sail programs for both juniors (aged over 8) and adults. Regular sailing and dragon boat activities occur on Saturdays, with additional paddle training sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings during the summer months. A vibrant social scene includes a Friday evening Happy Hour, offering members a chance to relax with family and friends while enjoying stunning sunset views across the lake. New members are always welcome to join and explore various aquatic sports, develop new skills, and forge lasting friendships.
