Yarrangobilly Caves thermal pool walk

A short but steep 700-metre walk leads to the Yarrangobilly Caves thermal pool, a natural spring-fed pool heated to a constant 27°C. The main pool, approximately 20 metres long and 2.5 metres deep, gently overflows into a children's wading pool. Surrounded by a pristine mountain river setting, the area offers a picnic spot, change rooms, and toilets. In winter, the warm waters provide a magical experience as steam rises from the surface amidst snow-covered surroundings. Access is via the thermal pool walk or the Yarrangobilly River walk loop.
