Yardie Creek Trail, located in Cape Range National Park, offers two distinct walking experiences. The Yardie Nature Walk is a gentle 1.2 km return trail along the northern side of the gorge, providing excellent views of the red limestone cliffs, the creek mouth, and Ningaloo Reef. For a more challenging adventure, the Yardie Gorge Trail extends the walk by an additional 2 km return, ascending the gorge walls to reveal panoramic vistas into the creek and out to the Ningaloo Reef. Along both trails, visitors may encounter diverse wildlife, including the rare black-footed rock wallaby, euros, and red kangaroos. The area also features picnic tables under the shade of tamarisk trees, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
