The Gillies family acquired the property in 2009, focusing on producing wines that reflect the unique terroir. The 2.5-hectare vineyard cultivates Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with additional Pinot Gris sourced from local producers. The estate's cellar door, launched in March 2021, offers an intimate setting for wine tasting, complemented by local produce platters. Open Friday to Sunday from 12 pm to 5 pm, bookings are essential due to limited seating.
