Wuurong Homestead, established in the 1840s, is a historic property located on the banks of Lake Bullen Merri near Camperdown, Victoria. The homestead was the residence of James Dawson, a prominent pastoralist and early advocate for Indigenous rights. Dawson's daughter, Isabella, married William Andrew Taylor in 1877, and together they built a fine homestead on their property at "Renny Hill" near Camperdown, Victoria. The homestead is situated near notable landmarks such as Mount Nichols and Lake Bullen Merri.
